Your Square House cleaning team does absolutely everything needed to leave your property in pristine condition for your guests. This includes sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors, shaking out rugs, dusting and wiping down all surfaces, cleaning the windows, washing dishes, scrubbing toilets and showers, sanitizing surfaces, and washing all blankets and windows.
Our short-term rental cleaning service isn’t just about guest comfort, though. It also helps protect and maintain your investment property. While we’re getting the space ready for your next guest, we’re also looking for anything that needs to be repaired, maintenanced, or replaced. Our team will do an inventory of the items in your home, replacing items that need to be restocked and sending an invoice to past guests if/when something was broken or stolen.

Square House does it so you don’t have to. Finding a reliable, consistent, and thorough cleaning service for your investment property can be a difficult task. Each member of our team has been carefully vetted and treats your property like their own. We’ve cleaned hundreds of homes, earning thousands of raving, 5-star guest reviews for our clients.

We recommend deep-cleaning your property about every 3 months, but this depends on the location of the property, how many bookings you get per month, and how many people are regularly in the home. We may need to deep clean properties that are near lakes or outdoor destinations, those that are pet-friendly, and those that are for large groups more often.
But you can leave that to us! At Square House, our VRBO and Airbnb cleaning services are included in our full-scale short-term rental management services. We’ll keep an eye on your property and clean it as needed, maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.

While all Airbnb bookings do come with a small cleaning fee, there are some listed ground rules on their website. “Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the listing in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (ex: with moldy dishes, soiled carpets, stains from pets, etc.). Cleaning fees set by Hosts are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations (ex: laundry, vacuuming, etc.).” We do re-iterate these in our house rules and check-out instructions.
However, we never expect your guests to completely clean your property. When it comes to cleaning and turnovers, our professional Airbnb cleaning service meets and exceeds the Airbnb ground rules for hosts - and our reviews prove it.
